The Clubhouse Authority retains the right to withhold a renter's deposit, either in whole or in part, based upon whether these guidelines were followed.  A Check-list is provided for use in determining if the facility was left in proper order.

1. There are to be no alcoholic beverages or drugs used on the premises. 2. Turn on the air-conditioning/heat when you arrive and off when you leave. 3. There are to be no decorations of any type attached to the ceiling fans. 4. Nails, staples, or screws are not to be used in any manner for hanging decorations. 5. Decorations used must be completely removed when finished. 6. Garbage is to be placed in the outside containers provided by the City of Soperton. 7. The floors must be swept or cleaned ip when the event is over. 8. All the tables and chairs are on an inventory and must be accounted for. 9. Broken windows or other furnishings will have to be paid for. 10. Cooking inside the building with gas cookers is not allowed.
